Ode to Web Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive who knows how to win clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms
- Actively source and pitch clients on LinkedIn and freelancing marketplaces
- Optimize company profiles to increase visibility and conversion rates
- Handle initial client discussions and requirement gathering
- Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in bidding and client acquisition on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Contra, Toptal, etc.
- Proven track record of winning projects and converting leads
- Strong profile optimization and proposal writing skills
- Experience in IT/Software services sales (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud Services)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of technical project requirements and estimation
